When we decided, back in November that Sat Nav Warehouse needed a refresh, to bring it up to date with the latest goings on in the GPS world, we tried to think of ways in which we can add value for our customers. Whilst we’re competitive on price, we were never going to slash prices to the extent that we compromise our excellent customer service. So… along came our Never Beaten on Value promise.
Never Beaten on Value comprises of five key elements;
1) Price
In a competitive marketplace, price is one of the key contributory factors to making a purchase. We will always therefore try to remain as competitive as possible when it comes to teh prices on our website. We check competitor prices daily to ensure that we are priced in line with everyone else.
2) Aftersales Support
Beyond a low price, we believe it is important that a customer has the assurance that should something go wrong, a solution is only a phone call or email away. A lot of comapnies will push you away once the sale is made, however, we would always encourage you to make Sat Nav Warehouse your first port of call if you have any problems. Most of the time, a problem can be solved over the phone or with a simple software download but we will do our best to ensure that you have any issue resolved with the minimum of fuss.
3) Impartiality
We have little interest in selling one particular brand over another as we are 100% independent from any GPS manufacturers. We will always guide you towards a product which best suits your needs and that generates the best feedback from others. Quite often the biggest name on the high street isn’t the best for what you need, so trust in our expert opinion and we’ll get you the product you’re looking for.
4) Officially Sourced Products
We only source product from official channels. Products are 100% brand new unless stated so you know that you are getting what you paid for. What’s more, on the whole, we generally drop ship from manufacturers to guarantee that you are supplied with the latest maps and software on your order.
5) 30-Day Exchange Policy
Finally, if you purchase an item from any online store, consumer rights give you seven days in which to return the order if it turns out not to be what you wanted. However, because sometimes seven days is not enough, we’ll give you a full 30-days to try the product out and if you don;t get on with it, we’ll let you swap it for another item.
Over the years we’ve seen competitors come and go, but our industry knowledge stems from being in the market since 2003 and trading online since 2007 so rest assured that you’re in safe hands.
