In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product after it has been delivered you must inform us prior to returning. You may cancel the order for any reason within 7 working days of receiving the goods. The notice of cancellation must be in writing, either by letter, fax or e mail. A telephone call cannot be acted upon, the notification must be in writing.
Upon receipt of written cancellation, the goods must be returned to us at your own expense, preferably by recorded delivery to ensure a signature can be provided in the event of any delivery problems.
If you are returning a large item, you should contact our Customer Services Department who will advise on the best course of action.
A full refund, or an exchange of equal value if preferred, is available for customers returning unopened products within 28 days of purchase or delivery. Under distance selling legislation, any unopened products purchased via our web site or by telephone are also subject to a 7 day exchange or refund.
Once the goods have been received back and inspected to ensure they are in reasonable condition and include all accessories a full refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation, or an exchange of equal value can be made. We will normally refund payment back to reflect the original method of payment.
