1. How can I contact you?

2. Can I collect an order?
Yes, of course you can. We carry a lot of products on our website so it generally is best to contact us first to inform us about what you would like to order and when you would like to collect. If we don’t have your item in stock, we can order in most products ready for the following day.
3. Where are you based?
We are a UK company based in Manchester, working out of our registered business address. We ship all over the world and attend a number of key trade and consumer exhibitions across the country throughout the year.
4. Where is my order?
If you have placed an order and it has not arrived within the specified timeframe then please contact us with your order number and we will track the item for you. It may be worth noting that the “Next Day” service is affected by weekends and Bank Holidays. No orders are dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday as they do not count as working days and our couriers do not collect. Please take into account the time of day when ordering i.e if you ordered at 16.30 on Thursday afternoon, it is likely that your order will arrive on the Tuesday.
5. How can I check whether a product is in stock?

6. Can I order over the telephone?
You can, yes. We accept most payment cards over the phone so please call us on 0161 8777 321.
7. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes. If your destination is not listed in our checkout, please contact us for a quote on delivery. We are able to deliver to most destinations however, we may require further ID information to progress an order.
8. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices stated include VAT at the current rate.
9. Can you provide a VAT receipt?
Yes, we are VAT registered and you will receive a full VAT receipt either with your order or through the post following your order. We may also email your VAT receipt.
10. We live outside the UK, can you supply our order without VAT?
If you are VAT registered then we would require your VAT number for our records in order to charge you excluding of VAT.
11. My product has developed a fault, what do I do?
Contact us. Some manufacturers like to deal with faults themselves so we may provide you with their details instead. Either way, we’ll make sure you are looked after and the issue is resolved with the minimum of inconvenience to you.
12. My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Contact us. All products leave our warehouse or our suppliers warehouse in mint condition so we will need to take this up with the courier delivering your order. If your package appears damaged in any way on arrival, do not accept the delivery.
13. Are speed camera detectors legal?
In the UK they are perfectly legal. For customers wanting to take your product into Europe, please check local law before doing so.
