Forerunner 310XT HR is waterproof to IPX7 standards and will withstand depths of up to 50m (164ft), enabling you to wear it with confidence in the pool, lake or sea to track and time your swim. You won’t notice any drop in signal when running under dense tree coverage or near tall buildings, which means every metre of your run is tracked.

On your bike
Forerunner will obviously work in the same way on your bike as it would if you were running or swimming. Pair your Forerunner 310XT HR with a compatible speed/cadence sensor or power meter and you will benefit from advanced cycling data thanks to Ant+ technology

Heart rate monitor
The Garmin premium heart rate monitor will continuously track your beats per minute and can use heart rate data to give advanced calorie consumption. Presetting training regimes allows you to train within a certain heart rate zone to improve fitness and closely monitor your level of exertion. You are able to set alarms for pace, speed, distance and speed so if you stray from your goal and Forerunner 310XT HR will alert you with audible and vibration alert - handy if you are wearing headphones.

Location services
With the Forerunner 310XT HR you can view your current location anytime with British Grid and longitude / latitude data, meaning you won’t get lost and is perfect for adventure racers!
