Polar FT1

Key features;

HeartTouch: allows you button free operation of the watch which leaves your hands free to aid your activity. You can preset a piece of information to appear on screen simply by moving the watch closer to the heart rate monitor. This is particularly helpful when gloves make button pressing difficult and you want to check your heart rate for example.

HR-Based target zones with visual and audible alarm: lets you define target zones for a training session based on heart rate to help define the right intensity. When you slip out of your predetermined zones, the training computer will give a visual and audible alert.

Polar OwnCode - Coded transmission:  Automatically locks in a code to transmit your heart rate to the FT1. This means that the FT1 will pick up your heart rate reading only and you don;t have to worry about interference from other devices.

Polar FT1 has the capability to record your last training file with full summary. Unfortunately it will only store the latest file but other models will do more.
