The B2 incorporates a compact display with a separate extension GPS antenna and laser detector which offers you many more mounting possibilities than you would get from a simple dashmounted unit. However it does mean that to get the best from the device professional installation is required.
The Origin B2 is feature rich with a number of different options available to the user. You can set the device to only detect cameras on your side of the road and to only give you a full audible and visual alert to cameras if you are actually travelling above the posted speed limit.
As with all GPS based products the Origin database must be downloaded regularly so that the unit will work effectively. Downloads can be completed via a PC.
*Downloads are free for 6 months and are then charged at £50 per annum thereafter.
