You are able to start navigating straight out of the box with the Snooper Strabo S370 and its preloaded European map data. The Snooper Strabo S370 features street level mapping from leading mapping provider, Navteq. 

With its full 3.5" LCD touch screen the S370 has a simple menu which allows you to navigate across Europe by postcode search (provided by Ordnance Survey), points of interest search, city or street search. The extensive list of points of interest features hotels, restaurants, petrol stations and much more.  The S370 also features "one-touch" home and office navigation along with a favourites menu where you can store your favourite journeys for easy access. 

Speed Camera Location  

In addition to excellent mapping and navigation Snooper offers you access to the number one speed camera database in the world - the AURA database.

As you approach a speed camera, the voice alert will tell you what kind of camera you are approaching and what the speed limit is whilst the display shows you the same detailed information until you have passed the hazard. As well as ALL the UK fixed cameras, Snooper plot the locations of common areas to use mobile speed traps such as hand held laser guns and safety camera vans. As you approach one of these locations, the Strabo will warn you of the potential hazard along with the current speed limit.  

This would ordinarily cost £99.95 however for a limited time only, the Strabo S370 includes lifetime access to this database. Simply load the CD software onto your PC and follow the download instructions to save thousands of speed camera locations onto your Strabo.

The improved version of the Snooper Strabo has impressed us all in terms of it's functionality but also the low price tag. For the price you get a great unit with European mapping, built in Bluetooth, MP3 player and free lifetime camera updates. The volume on the system is probably still a little quieter than you might want if you are using it in a loud vehicle however.
