The new Tom Tom Go 520 features a brand new elegant slim design with full touch screen capabilities allowing it to fit comfortably into any glove box, shirt or jacket pocket. The 4.3" touch screen is typical of Tom Tom in that it is very easy to use with 3D graphics and even building footprints ensuring that drivers now have the best guidance available!

Revolutionary Tom Tom Map Share Technology!
Tom Tom have now introduced a function called Map Share which allows drivers to improve their maps instantly and with the minimum of fuss. These improvements can also be shared with other Tom Tom users across the world using the Tom Tom Home PC application. This Map Share facility means that over 10 Million users have access to improved mapping at their fingertips!

Hands Free Bluetooth and Speech Recognition!
The latest Tom Tom range features an enhanced hands-free calling kit which ensures that you are always heard and you can hear the conversation clearly through the best Bluetooth calling experience available on today's market! 
The new Bluetooth kit now features automatic answer, enhanced noise reduction and echo cancellation meaning that Tom Tom users can now drive with their eyes on the road and hands on the wheel with the minimum of distractions!

Tom Tom utilise the inbuilt microphone to also include speech recognition meaning users have the option to literally tell Tom Tom where to take them by speaking out the city and street name that they would like to travel to!

Smart and Fun Extras!
The Tom Tom Go 520 features a built in FM transmitter meaning that you can easily link up your iPod or other MP3 player to the system and play all your favourite tunes as you drive. The quality isn't as great as some of the alternative iPod stereo link options but still a handy extra.

The Tom Tom Go 520 comes "traffic ready" so if you wish to add traffic updates to the already impressive system, an antenna is available at an additional cost.

The Sat Nav Warehouse opinion:

This is another nice looking Tom Tom unit and they have come a long way since the bulky systems of the past! The 520 is packed with features although we were left wondering whether most drivers would actually use these. The speech recognition is fiddly and still requires you to select this option via the touch screen menu which defeats the purpose. Overall, a nice product however Tom Tom still haven't mastered the art of one of the most important and demanded features - speed camera information - the Tom Tom is nowhere as accurate as the Snooper or Road Angel systems!
