Sat Nav Warehouse Limited has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. Any weights, dimensions and sizes given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sat Nav Warehouse Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Availability:

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Ordering errors:
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Confirm and Make Payment' on the final page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order:
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays:

Occasionally, the despatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Cancellation right:
You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original packaging as originally supplied.

Returns policy:

You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original packaging as originally supplied and returned to us within 7 working days from the date of your order. The customer is required to pay for postage of non-faulty returned items but postage on wrong/faulty returns will be refunded by Sat Nav Warehouse Limited. Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. We will endevour in all circumstances to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods.

Payment terms:

All items must be paid for prior to the dispatch of goods. Payment of goods can be made by credit or debit card and by cheque. If paying by cheque please make payable to Sat Nav Warehouse Limited and allow 5 working days for the funds to clear before the goods can be dispatched.

Exclusions of liability:

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Sat Nav Warehouse Limited or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our right to cancel orders:

If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer, then we may have no option but to cancel the order. To prevent this happening, always take care when entering your address into the payment system and always use your billing address as it appears on your statement. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the rightful owner of the credit/debit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Law, jurisdiction and language:

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis. Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment.  If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items when purchasing a new item from us. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
